Roof Hatches in Special Dimensions

Gorter roof hatches in special dimensions are available with either a single or double lid. For double-lid hatches, there is a choice between a flat or sloping lid, depending on the specific application. The hatches are equipped with a counterbalance system, which helps with easy opening and fall prevention. This not only improves usability but also enhances safety.

Electric Operation for Larger Sizes

For roof hatches with a width greater than 1250 mm, Gorter offers the option of electric operation. This makes opening and closing large hatches easy, and they can also be operated remotely.

Hoisting Hatches for Industrial Applications

In situations where a large opening is needed on the roof, such as when placing machinery or other large equipment, special hoisting hatches are the ideal solution. These hatches are provided with two or more lids, depending on the size.

Features of Gorter Hoisting Hatches:

• The hatch lids can be lifted with a crane using four lifting eyes per hatch.
• Once the lids are removed, a large, fully accessible opening is created in the roof.
• These hoisting hatches are specifically designed for flat roofs, offering maximum flexibility in industrial applications.

Thermally Separated Construction and High-Quality Insulation
All roof hatches in special dimensions have a fully thermally separated construction, contributing to excellent insulation. With an insulation value of Uw ≤ 0.32 W/(m².K) according to EN-ISO10077-2, these hatches offer not only comfort but also energy efficiency.
